Thanks for visiting my page! My name is Caroline Silvious, founder of Balloon Designs by Caroline. I am a Registered Nurse and mom of two littles. I started decorating and throwing parties for friends and family many years ago. I realized this was a true passion of mine, and it brings me great to joy to put a smile on people’s faces on their special day! Balloon decorating is a true outlet for me.
